STEP 1: ACQUAINTANCE AND INVENTORY

During an initial acquaintance we will discuss the wishes with regards to the buying of a property, naturally, all wishes will be discussed. This appointment can take place at our office or we will be happy to visit a location convenient to you. For example, during your lunch break at work.

STEP 2: MARKET ANALYSIS

After your property wishes are properly outlined you will be registered and then informed of the latest available properties and price changes by e-mail.

STEP 3: BUYING A PROPERTY

When you are interested in a property, an appointment will be scheduled and the selling agent will also attend to offer consultancy and supervision. You can also have a look yourself first, whereupon we will attend a second time with you. Then all information will be checked (such as the level of maintenance and the architectural and legal state).

STEP 4: PROFESSIONAL SUPPORT DURING NEGOTIATIONS

STEP 5: PURCHASE AGREMENT AND NOTARIAL ACT

A written determination of the agreements made follows the successful negotiation upon the purchase of your house. We supervise you with the agreement of the delivery date and possible takeover of movable property, among other things. If desired we will, in discussion with the client, carry out an architectural inspection. We will accompany you to the notary for the signing of the purchase agreement and supervise the final inspection and the signature under the notarial act of delivery.
